The animal specimen metadata contains information about each animal specimen captured to obtain samples.

  1. ANIMAL SPECIMEN ID
    Custom unique identifier defined by the field researcher.
  2. SAMPLING EVENT ID
    Custom unique identifier defined by the field researcher in the Sampling Event Metadata A. It is essential this ID matches the code specified in the Metadata A in order to link each animal to its corresponding sampling event and its features.
